Tax Summary wrong entry Quicken 2013

Payments to US Treasury TAX:Fed in 2020 are not shown in the 2020 Tax Summary report, but instead in the 2019 report. This is the sole anomaly. Validation passes. What is causing the miscategorization of this single entry?

UPdate...
Worked around the issue by replacing TAX:Fed category with TAX:Federal, which changed all entries to that designation and corrected the summary info.

That's not a bug, it's a feature. (No, really. I mean it this time.)
If the category is associated with the tax line item "Form 1040:Federal estimated tax, qrtrly", then Quicken knows that a January 2020 payment is for tax year 2019. By changing the category, you broke the connection to the tax line item, causing Quicken not to assume it's an estimated tax payment.

Enlightening. Does make sense. Perhaps an enhancement in 2013, as Quicken 2004 did not list the 2020 entry in 2019. Thanks for the insight.

On further examination, there is an inconsistency here. The TAX:Fed. line item is "W-2:Fed tax withheld, self" ... its 1/15/20 payment appears in the 2019 Tax Summary. Yet the 1/15/20 TAX:State payment, with the line item "W-2:State tax withheld, self" is shown in the 2020 summary. Change either of those to the "estimated qrtly" designation and the result is the same.
