    I can't get my register to go beyond 06/19. Does this mean that I have to renew something? And how do I do that?

    Thank you for providing the details of this issue to the Community, although I apologize you have not yet received a response.

    What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that by going to Quicken>About Quicken. Also, please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other Community members are best able to assist you. 

    If you have not already done so, I suggest checking your register for any filters that may be set and/or the sort date to make sure the register is in chronological order.

    You may find more details outlined in this FAQ. Please note that although this FAQ is written for Quicken for Windows, the sections regarding filters and sort order can also be applied to Quicken for Mac.
