Direct Connect not working with Suntrust Bank
I cannot Direct Connect to Suntrust Bank. Suntrust says all is good on their end. I either get a HTTPS 500 error or it says i tried too many times to access and my acct is locked. Suntrust assures me my account is not locked and all looks good on their end. This problem started 12/11/2019 I have called Quicken support several times yet no resolution and no follow up from Quicken Support.
