Since installing version R23.21 Quicken has crashed several times.

No message, Quicken just shuts down. Has anyone else had this problem.

Yes, I experienced a crash after recent install. I would suggest installing the mondo patch for the same version available from the link below. No need to uninstall.

I believe I found the problem. I had added a loan account with "0%" interest. When I selected that account from the account list the crash occurred. After adding a valid number to that field the crashes stopped.0

Still, such a condition should not be able to bring down the entire application. They need to do better.0

I can't disagree with that. However that solution only works once. The next time I edit the account the rate is back to 0%. I leave at 0% and select it in the account list it crashes again.0
