Setting Transaction Amount Based on a Percentage of Income Transaction Amounts

I want to be able to set scheduled transaction amounts based on the percentage of income-based transaction amounts.

Here is an example of what I mean:

1. A charitable donation payment being equal to percentage of paycheck gross earnings

Example: The scheduled charitable donation payment being equal to 12% of a specified, scheduled paycheck transaction.

Also consider that if the amount of the income-based transaction, being linked to the percentage-based expense transaction, is changed, then the amount of the percentage-based expense transaction should automatically update.
