Still can't open Quicken. I'm on a PC.
I have not renewed my subscription. Is that the problem? This is very frustrating.
I am having the same problem. I've tried holding the CTRL key and double clicking on the Quicken icon, but it shows the icon and then closes. I think I caused it. I had a pop-up to update the software. I let it start, and then realized I needed to do something else, so I stopped it. Haven't been able to open Quicken since.
But will I lose all the info already in my Quicken?
I had to pay the annual $99.99 fee to have access to my download and files.
