Quicken shuts down after it loads my file

I open Quicken, load my file, and quicken opens, display my file... for about 5 seconds and then shuts down. The last time I ran Quicken successfully is Jan 15, 2020 around 8PM EST.
I tried to run Quicken for the first time after the 15th on either Thursday, Jan 15 or Friday, Jan 17th. I tried again today. I removed the only program I remember installing since I last successfully ran Quicken - FireFox. I rebooted multiple times all with the same results - Quicken loads my file, displays it for about 5 seconds and then shuts down.

See if a backup file will load, if so, use it. If not re-install Quicken, reboot your PC and try loading your file or a backup.
If still having trouble, try a clean install as described in the link except follow the instructions for 2017 version even if you are running the subscription version.

Adding- you can also run a file validation by holding the Ctrl key down until Quicken opens. That will bypass loading the file and crashing on open. Then under the File menu, choose to validate. Navigate to your data file location and choose it.5 -
Hi Mark,
I suspect I will be driven to do the clean install. What link are you talking about that describes doing a clean install?
Thank you.0

My apologies. I am on Quicken Home, Business & Rental Property, subscription service version R24.11 Build 27.1.24.11. I followed Mark's directions and loaded a backup . I went back to my second to last backup and that worked. Quicken is up and running again.0
