Pop Up Window Size

Pop Up Window Size
I find several times a Quicken pop up window comes up that it is beyond the edge of my screen and can not be X'd out of or moved. Any solution? :/

Alt-Space will bring up the window menu, allowing you to use the keyboard arrow keys to move any window and resize any window which allows resizing.

Yes that does work. However, the size you make the window is not remembered. Without even closing Quicken, the next time you bring up that same window it is in the same position as it was when Quicken was first opened. I want to know how to make Quicken remember the size and position. In another thread someone mentioned the file QUSER.INI. This file has a lot of info. At the end of my file it has [Window] State Maximized, Left 1, Top 1, Height 799, Width 1343. Does this have anything to do with a pop up window? Is this the file where Quicken stores its defaults?
