Download Error for Zions Bank Accounts

Quicken for Mac 5.14.0 MacOS 10.15.2

Receiving a Partial Download (-28), Fl_Timeout:ccscrape.102:Retry. Retry Error - Message when trying to download transactions from 3 Zions Bank accounts. I have validated my user name and pw directly on the bank's website and they work. Have tried re creating and relinking the accounts but that fails as well.

Quicken for Mac 5.14.0 MacOS 10.15.2

Receiving this error at Zions Bank:

    AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR(FI_TIMEOUT:ccscrape.102)

Online access to my accounts is functioning normally.

Zions Bank access via Quicken has been rock solid for me for years, so this is quite unusual.

Larry, thanks for your response. What connection type are you using? And do you use Zions Bank - Web or Zions Bank for you Financial Institution?

Same issue for me started a few days ago where it would not download transactions from Zion's Bank.

I have had this problem with USAA for a several weeks. I have three accounts there - it usually happens on only one at a time. Closing Quicken, waiting awhile, then trying again usually works.

Hi Wayne, Larry here. Using my phone as a hot-spot over my ATT network. My three accounts had all been set to use Zions Bank but I've tried Zions Bank - WEB and now, both fault.

Hi Larry, I've sent an error report to Quicken, hopefully we'll see some action on this soon.

Appears the issue is resolved for me. I just did an account update on all my Zions account and didn't get the error. I'll check again in a day or two and update the thread.
