No longer able to open a QFX File from Citibank? (Q Mac)

Up until the latest Quicken upgrade I had easily dowloaded my transactions from Citibank though their website.
I go to their website, choose Download, select the QFX file option and it downloads. When I attempt to open it, I get a message that Quicken cannot read the file and to notify my financial institution.
After an hour on the phone with Citibank, they tell me the problem is not on their end.
Anyone else having this problem?

Have you tried to set up the account for automatic download? Citibank appears to use Quicken Connect, which would be a lot easier than going to their website and grabbing a QFX file. Depending on the type of account, it might even allow Direct Connect, which is even better.5

Thanks John_M, I will try that. However, it looks like Cathy2006 has Quicken Connect and that does not work.0
