No longer able to open a QFX File from Citibank? (Q Mac)

Up until the latest Quicken upgrade I had easily dowloaded my transactions from Citibank though their website.

I go to their website, choose Download, select the QFX file option and it downloads. When I attempt to open it, I get a message that Quicken cannot read the file and to notify my financial institution.

After an hour on the phone with Citibank, they tell me the problem is not on their end.

Anyone else having this problem?

    Same here. I have Quicken Connect setup and cannot download it anymore.

    Thanks John_M, I will try that. However, it looks like Cathy2006 has Quicken Connect and that does not work.

    Cathy2006 ...did you try contacting the Bank? I got nowhere with mine.
