Can I combine categories for reporting

I'm not sure I know exactly what you're asking about. If you have Category A and Category B, there is no way to have a Quicken report show just the combined total of those two as Category A or B or C.
But you could possibly create a new Category C, and then make Category A and Category B subcategories of Category C. Then you'll see the total for Category C on your report.
Another option might be exporting your report to Excel or Numbers, and in the spreadsheet combine the values you want to show combined.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
