quicken chat for mac users not working with Safari

Reported downloading problem with Income data. Spoke on the phone with Tech support of Quicken and Fidelity Investment. Blame game since Nov 11, 2019 continues. Meanwhile Quicken Chat using Safari does not open a session.

I believe your problem is that your Safari is not allowing a pop-up window to open. Safari, by default, blocks pop-up windows, and Quicken rather stupidly has designed their support page to require pop-up window. This is an easy setting to fix: In Safari, go to the Quicken Support page, and from the main Safari menu, select Settings for this Website. Set Pop-Up Windows to "Allow," and then try clicking on the chat support link. It should work fine now.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
