Missing Newly Downloaded Transactions [edited]

I have accounts at a Credit Union that are set up for Quicken connect. When I update all online accounts, the window shows that all accounts at this institution have successfully updated, with green light button. Details say anywhere from 4 to 300 new transactions downloaded. But when I look at the accounts, the new transactions are not there. Any ideas on why not?
I am using Quicken for Mac, Deluxe 2020, v 5.14.2 with Mac OS Sierra v10.12.6.
