    I am unable to get my loan to work as well.
    Here are the details
    original amount $263000
    amount owing $234045.45
    rate 2.14
    first payment date jan 5, 2017
    compounded semi-annually
    payment every other week
    amortization 22 years 6 months. (270 months)
    payment should be 565.76 - but quicken is not even close.
