Budget Graph

Would like to see the budge graph not turn entirely red when exceed budget but rather show green and red relative to the amount under and over. If I go over budget $1 or $1,000, the entire bar is red. Not a helpful visual. It used to show relative green and red going back a few years. Can we bring that back? Thank you,
