How can I access my data using mobile app - Error CC-892 ?

I do not need to do auto sync with my bank. I download transaction data into Quicken. I just want to access my transactions and calendar using mobile. I can not get passed the CC-892 code. Considering I was just forced to upgrade to the annual membership, I see no added value.
