I have an old car loan account that i closed out...however it appears that I didn't reconcile all of the transactions when i did. So I try to go into it, but every time i do Quicken Crashes. I validated/super validated the file. But still the same result. I can access other accounts that i had the same issue with..but not this one. What can i do?
Thanks

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem as Gregorydb. I saved my original file. Validated the file. And tried to access my old car loan account that was once hidden but now unhidden'd. Just silently crashes Quicken. No hint. No error message. Just shuts down on its own.0

Have the same issue and I have seen many posts discussing this exact topic, but never any solution offered by quicken support.
Everyone who has had this issue has likely done all the same troubleshooting posted over and over before they even posted. Time for Quicken to step up and provide a fix.0 -
If you followed the Copy and Validate instructions from the above link you have missed out on one additional step: Super Validate. Please perform all the steps in this document in the order specified:
