My Quicken Deluxe 2020 won't sync to my mobile app.

My Quicken Deluxe 2020 won't sync to my mobile app. I have tried everything I could find in the discussions. Logged out/Logged in, reset cloud, uninstalled/reinstalled mobile app. It says it has synced, but new information from my app is not listed in my Quicken. As it syncs, it will hang and then say "Quicken Windows not responding". Using Windows 10 Home. Anything else I can do? Thanks!

  • Now that I have made an official inquiry, everything seems to be working fine. It has finally gone all the way through the cloud sync without an error message. I am on another wifi network, though. Perhaps there were interruptions before??? At any rate, thank you for attempting to help!

    My guess would be that your computer's Firewall wasn't letting Q get thru.
