I'm having the same problem.
I downloaded the most recent Mondo patch.
I can open Quicken using <CTRL>,<SHlFT>
but when I open a data file, I still get the 'BugSplat panel'
My Quicken info (<File>, <About Quicken>) it indicates that I'm using
Quicken Deluxe
Year: 2019,
Version: R22.23
Build: 27.1.22.43
Edition: Canada
Membership valid until February 12, 2021.
Installing the Mondo patch did update.
I'm not sure what my Build/Version info was prior to downloading the Mondo patch.0 -
Hello @ceschnurr
Thank you for sharing the details of this issue with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
I took the liberty of reviewing the submitted crash (BugSplat) reports and had a few questions.
Does the crash occur when creating a new file? Or only when opening/restoring an existing data file?
If you aren't sure, please open Quicken, using the Ctrl + Shift keys and go to the File menu > New Quicken File option and let us know what happens.
Are there any pending updates for the windows OS system or any of your installed Apps?
If so, please install the updates and let us know if the crash persists.
There is also a new update for Quicken Canada 2020 (subscription), that is currently in staged release format. It has been made available for a number of Users, but is currently on pause while we are listening for any reported issues with the release.
Have you received the R22.15 update yet? If not, once it is available to you, please install the update and let us know if this makes any changes in opening Quicken and/or your data files.
Thank you,

Hi Sarah,
I replied to the thread 'Total Outage'
After 2 uninstall/re-installs, I recognized that my error message was
"Quicken unexpectedly quit the last time it was run".
So I performed 2 validate and repairs of the data file, and am now able to open the data files and Quicken is operating as desired
Thanks1
