The Mac version currently does not have the ability to filter budgets by account (though it is being worked on) but the Windows version does.

No. But it would mean that you are interested in the QWin version, which will sync to any mobile device that will run QMobile, including iPhones.

This means that QWin will allow you to filter budgets based on accounts. That said, I am not sure how this will show up in Mobile, as I am not a Mobile user.
