reconcile does not include current month registry entries (edited)

I am trying to reconcile January account and do not see the Feburary entries. Is this a change ing Quicken as I never saw this before. All the registry entries were shown in the reconcile window in the past. I also cannot get the registsry balance to agree with my bank balance even when the reconsile balances perfectly. I find that Quicken gets harder to use all the time.
