    I found this on the web. Ignore all the START advertisements and just read the instructions.

    None of these responses help even when I contacted Quicken they could not help me you pay for service that doesn't help (Removed-Inaccurate)

    You may want to call Quicken Support on the phone (after the weekend) and make them review this discussion:
    It shows how another customer's 500 file problem was resolved on the Quicken server.
    Chat support may not know or may not have access to do this.
