Home Depot Credit Card - unable to connect

I am unable to connect my Home Depot Credit Card (Citi card) to Quicken. I can log into the website. Home Depot is listed in Quicken as available. When I talk directly to Home Depot they say its not. Who is correct here?

BTW... just curious - is there an 800 number on the back of the card ?
Does it match either of the numbers listed in the Quicken config file snips.
