Cannot update a reminder - blank box appears

When I go to change a reminder, a blank box appears (where you pick this reminder or this and future reminders).

    Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    May I ask, what version and release of Quicken are you using?  If you aren't sure, this information may be found in the Help menu > About Quicken option.

    Does this behavior happen for every reminder in Quicken?  Or only for specific reminders?

    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps such as running the Validate & Repair tool?  If not, please go to the File menu > File Operations > Validate & Repair.

    In the window that opens, mark the "Validate file" box and click OK.  Once finished, please close and re-open Quicken and let us know if the "blank box" issue is persisting.
