Anyone have ideas that could help solve this problem! I have the latest updates to windows 10 and quicken installed. Via the Internet, I have access to my account. But my file in the Cloud is outdated. How can I get my file on to the Internet version?

I have worked with Quicken support on multiple occasions. They have walked me through possible Windows 10, Internet and other conditions which could cause a "blank screen". But no Quicken solutions which, by the way, I noticed that Mac users using their new release are also having "blank" screen problems.
I regret updating to Quicken's latest release.0 -
My Quicken version for Windows 10 is R24.14. The blank screen began after install.0
