Shortly after starting it freezes with an Error Message

I barely have it started when I get the error Error: SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

And I can go no farther.

    What version of Quicken are you using?  Did you try to do a download of transactions immediately before you received that error message?

    If you are using an older (prior to 2017) version of Quicken - downloads are no longer supported or permitted.
