    I'm having this issue, but with OnPoint. It used to download on mobile, but has since errored and I cannot get it set back up. I'm running Quicken Windows subscription and android. I keep getting the error now that transactions may not be correct because some accounts aren't linked to sync to mobile. Yet, even though I have the password correct, it just errors and won't sync those accounts. I haven't found a reason yet...

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    If you haven't done so already, can you please confirm that the accounts in the desktop version are set to sync with the mobile app?

    Steps and instructions are located "here".

    Also, what type of accounts do you sync? Are they just checking and savings accounts, do you sync investment and mortgage account?
