Downloading Huntington Transactions

I have been downloading transactions directly from my Huntington account into Quicken for a long time. Suddenly today they won't download. Is anyone else experiencing this and does anyone know why?

    Please provide more details.

    What version and release of Quicken are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release.  You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
    What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?
    What bank(s) are you having issues with?
    What account types (checking, savings, etc.) are you having issues with?
    Does this problem occur when you run One Step Update from your desktop or when you initiate a download using the Quicken Mobile App or Quicken on the Web?
    What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    Many problems resolve themselves within a few hours. How long have you been having this problem? I recommend waiting a while and then try again.

    Using 2017 version 19.8. Upgrade says that is the latest version. Windows 10. No error codes. My bank is Huntington. I download my checking account. When I initiate download from the bank's website, I get a box asking what app I would like to open the file with (never did that before). I select "Quicken Window" and a box appears in my Quicken window asking if I wish to close the current file. If I say "no," then nothing further happens. If I say "yes," it closes my Quicken file and I get a blank screen. I will try waiting an hour or so.

    Thank you for providing more details, although I apologize that you haven't received a follow-up response. 

    Are you able to save the file, and import the file?

    The option to import is located under File > File Import> Web Connect (QFX).

    Please let me know!
