Quicken 2020 R24.14 Build for Windows: Cannot add online Biller

Doing an Add==>> Online Bills trying to enter a new online bill. I select Sprint from the list of popular billers, and enter my userid and password. Upon authentication, it says: "You've already added a biller {0} whose details match the biller you're trying to add"

For the life of me I cannot find this biller in any of my current biller reminders/lists.

I've searched help and found an article about resetting my cloud sync . I did that but still have the issue.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your question with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    I took the liberty of reviewing the online biller profile for the Sprint.

    I have reported this biller, please allow 24-48 hours before attempting to add the bill once more.
