Cannot connect, no internet connection

I have tried to update my quicken deluxe, but I keep getting an error of cannot get an internet connection. I can access my bank account using the internet and many other websites. I think if I could repair or reload my program, it could possibly fix the program. However, I downloaded the program and cannot find it on my program.
I am using Build Version R24.14
My membership doesn't expire till the end of the year.
