Unable to connect to chat

    Well, as of today, the chat link https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support doesn't work. Nothing happens with any browser and I've tried several. Hold times on the phone are ridiculously long. I have an open case and can't get through. I just bought the upgrade, since they said the 2017 version will no longer down my bank transactions after April 10. What the heck am I supposed to do???

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.

    • Make sure that all your browsers allow popup windows from https://www.quicken.com
    • Make sure that your Internet Settings (in browser or Control Panel) enable TLS 1.2
    • If you use Firefox change your Options / Privacy & Security to "Standard" from "Strict".

    @jgsailor  I just saw this post tonight. I checked, and chat is working normally. As noted above, many people get tripped up by stupid design of the chat initiation, which requires you to set your browser to allow pop-up windows.

    Also, Quicken 2017 will not lose download capabilities until April 30. So you have about 10 weeks to ease into Quicken 2020 and to see if it resolves whatever issues you were having.
