Why CC501 error on two accts that fail to update due to an error on the Quicken server?

Since Intuit sold Quicken I have been put on a yearly subscription which just renewed 02/04/2020. I made sure all transaction downloads were complete thru 02/03/2020 and then installed the software sent and billed by Quicken. Now I can't download any transactions due to CC501 error which it says is an error on the Quicken server that can only be cleared by Quicken Support personnel.
