I upgraded my subscription one day ago. But the upgrade has not occurred. How can I fix this. I need the communities help because Quicken has next to no support.

Need to clarify - "upgraded" - what ?
    Quicken 2020 Deluxe - Subscription - Windows 10
  • My upgrade was from "Starter" edition to "Deluxe" edition. I rec'd an email acknowledging upgrade. I have attempted to follow all instructions that are available but can not download the new edition. When I open Quicken it continues to show Starter edition. Thanks, for your help. (Maybe I missed something)

You should be able to .....
    - log into - quicken.com - view & verify your account status
    - scroll down to the DOWNLOAD section and click download
    - download the Quicken installer
    - run the Quicken installer
    - done - or maybe ... reboot your PC - then start Quicken -
EDIT - also updated topic title to better reflect the actual Q&A
    Quicken 2020 Deluxe - Subscription - Windows 10
  • :) Wow, "splasher" that is exactly what I needed. Your instructions where precise, to the letter. It's taking longer to type this than it did to activate my new "upgrade" edition. Thank you so much. "ps56k" Thanks for your help also.
    Splasher, Thanks again.
