Is the cash balance for this account missing altogether or is there is a discrepancy? If you are experiencing a discrepancy, you will need to compare the Quicken register to what is being reported by the financial institution to locate the discrepancy.
You may also consider contacting Quicken Support directly as they have the ability to initiate a screen share and will be able to assist in locating the discrepancy.
