When I update my IRA and download transactions Q Mac gets all the securities correctly but it

it is not getting the cash amount correctly. Any thoughts are why this is happening?

    We'll need a bit more information to be able to assist.

    Please take a moment to review the information available here and post back to let us know what version and release of Quicken you are using as well s the name of the financial institution.

    Is the cash balance for this account missing altogether or is there is a discrepancy? If you are experiencing a discrepancy, you will need to compare the Quicken register to what is being reported by the financial institution to locate the discrepancy.

    You may also consider contacting Quicken Support directly as they have the ability to initiate a screen share and will be able to assist in locating the discrepancy.
