I'm using Quicken 2017 for Mac and can no longer download transactions from my CU.

My CU just started requiring 2 factor authentication so this may be the problem. I'm not given the option to enter that when I try to download. It just says there's a server communication error and some kind of account mismatch.

Just curious - are you trying to connect to NFCU? If so, you do have an option to eliminate the 2 factor authentication.

Yes, I called the credit union and they took care of it in about 2 seconds. It looks like they opted me out of the 2 factor authentication because it doesn't ask for that anymore. Thanks for the tip!0
