I signed up for Quicken Premier when I downloaded Quicken 2019 last year. It is renewal time. I don't use the On Line Bill Payment so I'm thinking I don't need "Premier". I also don't use the "budget" feature so maybe I don't need Deluxe either. Thoughts?

One important thing to note about Starter is that if your subscription expires, your data file becomes read-only until your renew or upgrade to Deluxe or higher. Also, Starter does not support other functionality like multi-currency support.
