Error when downloading from web

Web is downloading from the web, but balances are not what the accounts web says.

    I'm not even sure exactly what you're saying, but for anyone to offer help, you'll need to provide more information about exactly what you're doing and seeing. What version of Quicken Mac are you running? Are you referring to logging in to your account via the Quicken Web interface? Are all your accounts off or just one? What financial institution(s) is/are off? The more info you can provide, the better members of the community might be able to help you. Alternatively, you could contact Quicken Support if you want to avoid the back-and-forth nature of this forum.
