We have an increase in reports that some Quicken for Windows Users are receiving an OL-332 error when attempting to add or update their accounts with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Quicken.

    We are aware of the issue that Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users are experiencing when attempting to add or update their accounts with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Quicken.

    We have opened an escalation with our Service Provider and will continue to work with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, as well as our Service Provider, towards resolving this. 

    However, there is no ETA on a resolution as of yet.

    We appreciate everyone's patience as we work through this!
