Auto download from American Express does not display transactions in Quicken

I have version 2020 Deluxe, 5.14.3.
MAX OS - 10.11.6
Logon to Quicken and click on auto download. American Express is configured to automatically download transactions. Observe no errors. I can see the download date and balance on AM Ex web site is correctly reflected in Quicken , when you click on 'Today's Balance'. But the transactions that were down loaded do not appear in the register. This issue started to happen after 5.14.3 was installed. I deactivated and reactivated the down load, that has not worked.

Are you using Quicken Connect? If so, try changing to Direct Connect. This has fixed this for several users. See this:
