Quicken Deluxe 2020 - Windows 10 Desktop App

I am using Quicken Deluxe 2020 for Windows 10 Desktop app Version R25.10. Everytime I try to sync with Cloud or my Web app it crashes. What is the solution?

Thank you for your answer, but I am not using the mobile app, I am using the desktop app for Windows 10.0
