Why Quicken 2017 is not loading and trying to force me to migrate?

I been using Quicken for a long time. My data go back to 2000. I don't use on line connections and downloads. Quicken now trying to force me to migrate to new product and charge its subscription fee. I couldn't even open quicken. I am happy with my 2017 version. How I could open my Quicken and continue to use my 2017 version?

    Thanks for reply. I talked to support on line and they just created an inconvenience to users with their migration process. I had to migrate in order to open Quicken. However, backup that quicken created was empty. And they introduced different layout. I backup my data at least every 2 weeks on 2 different drives. So I restored my data with the layout I been using for years. I understand that they switched to Netflix model with forced recurring revenue every year. I don't use any of downloads, so I am happy with my 2017.

    You do NOT have to upgrade to the new version.  There is something else going on with your setup or installation.  There may be something going on with your file storage and backup strategy as well.  

    I suggest you cancel the upgrade and reinstall the QW2017 program.
