The root cause of the OL-220-A/301-A/362-A/393-A/297-A errors has been resolved, however some Users are continuing to report receiving an error.

If a OL-220 error is received, we recommend performing an Account Reset.
To "reset" online services for an account:
    1. Open the account in Quicken
    2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right of the screen
    3. Select "Edit account details"
    4. Click on the "Online Services" tab
    5. In the "Online Services" box, click the "Reset Account" button
If a OL-393 error is received, we recommend deleting any pending payments, deactivating the bill payment service, then reactivate the bill payment service and recreate the deleted payments to resolve the error.
To deactivate/reactivate the bill payment service
    1. Go to Tools > Account List
    2. Click "Edit" to the right of the account name
    3. Select the "Online Services" tab
    4. Click "Deactivate" under the Bill Payment section
    To Reactivate
    1. Go to Tool > Account List
    2. Click "Edit" to the right of the account name
    3. Select the "Online Services" tab
    4. Click "Set up now" under the Bill payment section
If an error persists after following these steps, we recommend deactivating and reactivating the account from online services.  The steps to do so are available at https://www.quicken.com/support/deactivate-online-banking-services-quicken-account

Some Users have reported that restoring a back-up copy of their Quicken data file from before this issue began has also resolved this issue for them.
