RESOLVED- 3/14/20: CC-501, CC-898 or CC-502 "It's not your fault" Errors with Multiple Credit Unions

We are investigating increased reports of Quicken for Windows Users receiving CC-501 or CC-502 errors when attempting to add or update accounts with multiple different Credit Union financial institutions.

It has been determined there is an internal error causing the CC-501/502 error codes to occur. We have escalated this issue to our Service Providers and are working with them to correct the internal error and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
