Quicken Unstable on Windows 10. Why?

I am running Windows 10.0.18362. For the past two weeks my Quicken version 2020 R25.10 build 27.1.25.10 will not work. It starts. I get the main screen. Then within 15 to 20 seconds without me hitting a key it just disappears (shuts down). I have no idea why or what to do. I just redownloaded the current version with the same results. Any thought?

    Let's try some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.

    UKR - thanks. I went thru the steps. No issues with the file. Issue persisted. I loaded a backup and it seems to have worked. I guess I caused my own issues, as I removed a lot of investment accounts from my Quicken file. This must have caused the instability. Is there a good way to remove investment accounts?
