transfer between accounts does not appear in reconcile window

Transfer between checking and savings does not appear in reconcile window. Transfer was done by me via online bank portal and simply entered as transfer in Quicken 2020, R25.10, 27.1.25.10

What is the status of this transfer transaction, as shown in the Clr column: blank, "c" or "R"?

Regrettably, that doesn't address the issue. The transfer in question is within the reconcile period. It simply doesn't show up in the reconcile window.
I was wondering if the fact that I created the transfer on the bank's website, and then entered the transfer in Quicken as a transfer, but no "upload" of that transaction occurred from within Quicken would be the source of the problem?
