Release R25.10. Main screen will not "minimize!"

Have installed Release R25.10. Main screen will not "minimize" nor will the arrow re-shape the screen. Have uninstalled and re-installed numerous times with no results. Computer is set for "Administrative" privileges. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    To minimize the active application window, press Alt + Spacebar and then the N key.

    To restore a maximized application window so you may resize a window, press Alt + Spacebar and then the R key.
