Bug Splat seems to be legit -- but is not allowing me to access my Quicken program. Any ideas out there?

BugSplat indicates that Quicken has crashed. You should probably uninstall and reinstall the Quicken program.Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.0

OK, now you have to provide specifics about your Quicken year/version/release, Windows version/release, full path starting with C: and ending with .QDF of your Quicken data file, and any other thing that might be relevant. So far, you've provided no info about your computing environment. Please do not say "the latest release" of anything, but provide actual version numbers.Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.0
