Sync with cloud failing, and resetting latest release for 2020

My cloud data from my ANDROID app has not been syncing.

I have attempted to reset my Cloud data, it is hanging. How to get this repaired?

    Please let us know if you are using Quicken for Windows or Quicken for Mac for the desktop software.

    If Quicken for Windows, are you initiating the sync from the One Step Update or the Mobile & Alerts tab?
