Zero bill reminder entered in register wants to send to bill pay

I keep finding a zero bill reminder to be sent each month for my gas bill.

I have a bill reminder linked to the online bill.

The bills page says it is still waiting for the next bill. However, if I view available bills the most recent bill is there.

And I already received the bill notification in my email.

Oddly, the reminder transaction is dated 3/14 but my bill reminder is dated 3/17 and is not set to enter into my register for another three days. It even shows the correct amount that is due.

Where is this phantom reminder transaction coming from?
