question about activation code

I received an email about quicken billpay which I currently use. Apparently this is being changed and requires a new version. I currently have an active quicken account. I signed in, downloaded a new version, but didnt get an activation code so I cant proceed with the new system for billpay yet. Dont know how to get a code

this answers my question but as a bill pay customer, I've also been informed that the old bill pay wont work in a couple of months and I need to switch to the new quicken "bill manager"-it doesnt say how to do that0
